We utilize a dedicated 2,000-square-foot prefabrication facility, with an additional 1,000 square feet of warehouse space for assembly. By manufacturing and assembling project materials off-site, we can reduce onsite labor hours and waste, and help keep your project on-schedule.
BIM-Integrated Prefabrication
Our in-house building information modeling team (BIM) works closely with our prefabrication team during the design phase and scope coordination to help build site-tailored components as accurately as possible.
All of our assemblies and kits arrive to job sites ready for installation, with color-coded installation drawings, robotic site details, and clear labels. This helps facilitate an easier coordination process, improving efficiency, productivity, and safety.
