Dynalectric Company (Colorado) performed electrical renovations for this office space. The project included 30,000 square feet of tenant improvements, plus the addition of 8,000 square feet of laboratory and clean room space to support the client’s research and development process warehouse.
This open-concept office space featured private offices, large and small conference rooms, break areas, restrooms, and a large training room. The addition included multiple new labs and a clean room.

We also installed PVC-coated conduits and sealed, gasketed light fixtures for the clean room.
For the lab additions, we installed wire mold with power, and data and power for the fume hoods. We also relocated and reinstalled lab equipment and accommodated specific power requirements for each piece of lab equipment.
