Value Delivered

Dynalectric Company (Colorado) performed tenant improvements for Western Union’s new headquarters, made up of ten floors—totaling 250,000 square feet of office and meeting space. The area featured a grand staircase, and unique modern lighting figures throughout.

We worked on a phased-occupancy schedule so that staff could move in during construction. This required all life safety systems to be operational ahead of move-in. Our team upgraded the life safety generator during occupancy.

Client Objectives

As the first-generation tenants in this recently completed core and shell building, Western Union sought upgrades and improvements for their new office and meeting spaces.

Dynalectric Colorado performed electrical infrastructure upgrades for the main lobby, parts of the sixth and eighth floors, as well as floors nine through 15. We installed:

  • Lighting and lighting controls
  • Branch power
  • Cable trays
  • Floor boxes
  • Furniture connections
  • Audio visual systems
  • Fire systems
