For Ophthalmology Holdings’ new two-story, 48,328-square-foot, multi-tenant medical office building, Dynalectric Company (Colorado) provided complete electrical infrastructure for all necessary systems as well as design planning for each office suite. Each tenant customized the layout and flow of their space according to their client needs and personal preferences.
Dynalectric Colorado used prefabrication throughout the space to minimize onsite labor, trash, and debris. By building the prefabrication assemblies in a controlled environment, we were able to maximize efficiency.
