Michael has been in the electrical construction industry since 1978, bringing extensive practical installation expertise to every job. Known for his attention to detail in conceptual estimating, job costing, and labor productivity management, Michael plays a key role in helping the company provide its clients with complete satisfaction and end-to-end value.

Michael is responsible for overseeing the operations in both Colorado Springs and Denver. He is involved in assisting the project management team, including project coordinators, project engineers, and field superintendents, with projects from design through final inspection and ensuring each team is efficiently managing labor and costs while providing attentive, responsive client care.

Michael assists in managing commercial electrician and electrical installation work as well as coordinating the company's activities with contractors' representatives, architects, and electrical engineers. He works with employees at all levels to improve overall company processes and performance.

Michael holds a Colorado Master Electrician license as well as attending Dale Carnegie Executive Management Training, and National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) estimating, management, and code update courses.
