Gina M. Cullen
President and CEO
Gina oversees the overall business strategy, direction, internal policies and procedures, market evaluation, and business development for operations across all markets at Dynalectric Company (Colorado).
Gina joined the team in 1992. She is active in the local industry organizations including the Colorado State Electrical Board, Denver Metro Economic Development Corporation Board of Governors, and various International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and National Electrical Contractors Association committees. She holds a Colorado Master Electrician License and a Bachelor of Science in organizational management – project management from Colorado Christian University.
Melissa leads Dynalectric Colorado’s accounting team. She leverages her strong business acumen to oversee the company’s day-to-day financial operations.
Joining the team in 2016, Melissa has over 20 years of accounting experience across an array of industries and companies. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting, and keeps current with accounting standards through continuing education opportunities. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Construction Financial Management Association.
Director, Business Development and Preconstruction
Pete works to maintain and strengthen relationships with our customers and end users—collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, and general contractors at every level.
Pete has been with Dynalectric Colorado since 2009. He is a LEED-Green associate with a Bachelor of Science in building construction management with electrical specialization from Purdue University. His expertise includes mission critical facilities, such as data centers; manufacturing and healthcare facilities; and projects in the industrial and commercial sectors.
Operations Manager, Colorado
Jason oversees team members through all phases of construction. Leveraging his experience in fast-track, design-build, and mission-critical environments, Jason leads the special projects team by example. He demonstrates and encourages immediate action and attention to detail to build collaborative working relationships with project stakeholders.
Jason’s background spans the commercial, entertainment, government, healthcare, technology, as well as the industrial and manufacturing markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science in civil and environmental engineering from Cornell University. Additionally, Jason is a LEED-accredited professional who drives sustainable construction practices.
Michael J. Harvey
Operations Manager, Colorado Springs
Michael oversees electrical construction and service operations in Colorado Springs and the southern Colorado region. He has an extensive background in mission-critical, data center, manufacturing, and distribution facilities. Additionally, Michael has worked on numerous federal projects, including Schriever and Peterson Air Force Bases and Fort Carson Army Base.
Michael holds a Colorado Master Electrician license with experience in the electrical construction industry dating back to 1978.
Rob provides strategic leadership for Dynalectric Colorado’s construction group, utilizing his deep level of infrastructure, industrial, and commercial market expertise. In addition to project oversight, Rob manages the quality assurance and quality control program, helping ensure we deliver the highest-quality installation possible to our customers.
A graduate of Purdue University who studied building construction management, Rob has over 20 years of electrical construction expertise.
Jason manages and maintains companywide safety policies, conducts safety audits, identifies best practices, and leads continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work-related risks and raise safety awareness. He works with personnel, field supervisors, and site safety coordinators to prepare and carry out safety huddles, lead standard and specific safety trainings, and conduct weekly jobsite investigations.
Jason leverages over 25 years of construction experience in the commercial, industrial, and infrastructure markets.
