Patricia Collins Controller and Assistant Secretary

By directing and managing the accounting function, Patti helps maintain the company's strong financial foundation. Her responsibilities include financial statement preparation, work-in-progress analysis, and corporate budgeting and forecasting, as well as cash flow and payroll management.

 

Expertise
Patti brings 20 years of experience to her position. Prior to joining the company, she worked in the real estate and heavy equipment sectors. In addition to general accounting services, she managed and directed accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, monthly budget variances, month- and year-end journal entries and financial reports.

 

Patti holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in accounting from Florida Southern College. She keeps her expertise up to date through annual participation in EMCOR's financial management and human resources educational programs.

 

The Personal Side
Patti enjoys spending time as a volunteer tutor and mentor with faith-based Whiz Kids, an organization that works in partnership with the Denver public schools to serve the city's underprivileged youth.
