Jim Leidholm

Area Construction Manager

Value Delivered
Jim organizes the company's resources to ensure that Denver area project teams have what they need for efficient, high-quality, on-time delivery. In addition to accurately and thoroughly assessing, allocating and managing the labor, tools and equipment required on every job, he monitors budget and cost issues to avoid adverse effects on clients' bottom lines.

Expertise
With more than 27 years of electrical construction experience, Jim is one of the company's premier managers of complex projects. Knowledgeable in the electrical construction of mission-critical computer and data centers, and the installation of complex critical power systems, he is an expert in labor management, installation coordination, productivity analysis, project safety control, materials management and project scheduling. At a time when the local labor pool was depleted, his labor management skills enabled him to successfully direct more than 400 electricians on a single project.

Holder of a Colorado journeyman electrician's license, Jim studied electrical technology at North Dakota School of Science. In addition to participating in the Dynalectric Management & Leadership Program, he has taken Primavera scheduling and project management courses. He has also participated in the National Electrical Contractors Association's (NECA) project management training, as well as level 1 and 2 electrical project supervision courses.

The Personal Side
An avid outdoorsman, Jim enjoys spending time in Colorado's Rocky Mountains hunting, fly fishing and snowmobiling with his wife and son.
