Rob Long
President

Rob oversees the overall business strategy, direction, internal policies and procedures, market evaluation, and business development for operations across all markets at Dynalectric Company (Colorado).

Rob is an industry veteran of 26 years with a more than six-year tenure at Dynalectric. His leadership has been instrumental to strengthening our business in the transportation market, and he has played a key role in projects for some of our most high-profile clients. Rob studied building construction management at Purdue University and is active in the IBEW-NECA apprenticeship programs, serving on both inside and outside committees.

Pete Cory
Vice President of Preconstruction

Pete works to maintain and strengthen relationships with our customers and end users—collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, and general contractors at every level.

Pete has been with Dynalectric Colorado since 2009. He is a LEED-Green associate with a Bachelor of Science in building construction management with electrical specialization from Purdue University. His expertise includes mission critical facilities, such as data centers; manufacturing and healthcare facilities; and projects in the industrial and commercial sectors.

Jason Boyle
Operations Manager

Jason is responsible for developing high-performing project teams to help ensure we exceed customer goals and execute forward-thinking solutions. He strives to be a client’s trusted advisor, looking at the big picture of a project and providing input into construction strategy.

A 26-year veteran of the industry, Jason has been a part of the Dynalectric Colorado team for more than a decade. Throughout his career, he has gained broad expertise in both commercial and industrial electrical construction and worked on major projects for a number of high-profile clients.

Jeff Cicchinelli
Controller

Jeff is responsible for all financial actions of the company. His duties include tracking cash flows, financial planning and analysis, evaluating financial strengths and weaknesses, and proposing strategic directions.

A Certified Public Accountant, Jeff has more than ten years of experience in his field, including many spent specializing in the construction industry. He holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Colorado Denver and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Construction Financial Management Association, among other trade groups.

Adam Freehling
Safety Manager

Adam’s responsibilities include developing and implementing safety plans, enforcing policies, and evaluating facilities and practices to ensure compliance with legal guidelines.

To promote safety throughout the organization, Adam conducts training sessions, investigates and documents accidents, assesses risk, provides recommendations for improvement, communicates guidelines to employees, and develops relevant policies.

He has been in the electrical construction industry as a member of the IBEW Local Union 68 for more than 24 years, including seven years in safety roles.
